1. GENERAL TERMS
Delivery and collection are made when the customer agrees to the delivery and collection forms. As proof of identity, your National Identity Card (NIC) needs to be shown as well as a quote of your Order Number before delivery or pick up can be made. Your NIC number will be noted down by the carrier or by our agent when collecting your item. If a third party takes delivery of your order, he/she will also have to show his/her own NIC and order receipt before delivery can be made. The carrier or agent at the pick-up point will note down his/her NIC number. We will not be responsible for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage suffered as a result of any incorrect delivery or other information you have provided us or occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control.
2. REGISTRATION
If you want to place an order with us, you will first need to sign up on our website. By signing up with us, you are confirming that: You agree to all the terms and conditions of our website. A registered account with us can only be in the name of one person at a time. Please keep your personal details accurate and updated. You are responsible for all activities and orders placed under your registered account. You may deregister with us at any time by contacting our Customer Service on the 207 1100. If you believe that a third party has hacked into or otherwise tampered with your registered account, please contact our Customer Service immediately, failing which we will not be liable for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of such hacking, tampering or otherwise.
3. PRICES
Our products are sold at the price advertised on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice. All prices are VAT inclusive applicable at the time of your order.
4. OFFERS & PROMOTION
We reserve the right to withdraw or vary our offers and promotions at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice. Kindly note that photographs are only here to guide you on your purchase. They do not form part of the sale’s contract. While ordering, make sure you review the products’ description. 5. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We use SBM secured MasterCard Internet Gateway Service to process all Credit Cards payments. We do not store any Credit Card information on our systems.Payment is cleared during the transaction with an automated response of accepted or declined sent to us within minutes.If you cancel your order, refunds are processed (reversed) on the SBM secured MasterCard Internet Gateway Service itself. When the reversed transaction appear on your Credit Card statement depends on your provider
6. PAYMENT BY JUICE
Juice payment is provided by MCB. Paying a merchant is a different procedure than individual payments called “Pay a Juice Merchant” on the Juice app. You can find Merchant Payment procedure here (link to Juice procedure).When you select this payment method on the site, you are given a telephone number 58595075 and merchant name Courts Mammouth as well as requested to but your order reference in the remark field.
The telephone number is for the sole purpose of Juice payment and is not manned.Failure to put the correct order reference in the remark field will cause delays processing your order.Payments made by Juice are usually received within 1 working day.Refunds if necessary are done via standard Bank Transfers (see below Bank Transfers); Merchants are not able to use Juice to reverse transactions.
7. PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Bank Transfer payment is provided by your bank itself.When you select this payment method on the site, you are given an account number and merchant name. You are also asked to put your order reference in the Remark field.Failure to put the correct order reference in the remark field will cause delays processing your order.Payments made by Bank Transfers are usually received within 1 to 2 working days. In some instances this can take longer and is not within our control; a payment may appear on your statement immediately but take 5 or more working days to appear on ours. Refunds if necessary are done via the same method and whilst processed within 1 working day, when they appear on your statement depends the Banks and not within our control
8. PAYMENT IN STORE
A “Payment in store” option is provided on the site to pre-order/reserve products. Pick up day and time will be organised with you and is only available when stores are opened.
9. CIM CREDIT
Payment by Visa or MasterCard, Juice and Bank Transfer only are acceptable on our website. All payments are made using the secured SBM payment gateway. The secured MasterCard Internet Gateway Service solely will record and manage your bank details. Please note that they are not recorded on our database. While checking-out, your credit card will be automatically debited with the full amount due. Once payment is cleared, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order. At that stage, you will not be able to add extra products to that particular order.
10. DISCLAIMER
All cash or cash promotional prices of products are VAT inclusive. Monthly rates also include VAT and are calculated on a 30 monthly installment basis, unless indicated otherwise.
Prices, photographs, descriptions, graphics and technical data are non-contractual and are liable to change without notice, subject to typographical error and receipt of these products from our suppliers as well as the their stock availability. Accessories are not included in the prices. Courts Mammouth will neither be held responsible in case of error or omission in any of these photographs, descriptions, graphics, or product characteristics nor in case of modification of the product's features.
Payment facilities are available and are subject to approval of the file and at the sole discretion of Courts Mammouth.
Prices for Courts Mammouth Rodrigues will vary according to freight.
11. HOME DELIVERY
Please ensure that only one delivery address is entered. Home delivery as from Rs 2,500. For any delivery under Rs 2,500, an extra amount of Rs 150 will have to be paid. The products will be delivered by Courts Mammouth warehouse delivery team, at the given address upon placing the order. We endeavor to deliver within 48h for IT and electrical products and 72h for furniture (Monday to Saturday) from the date of the order. Delivery is made Monday to Friday between 10h00 and 17h00 and on Saturday between 10h00 and 13h00, without prior notification We will endeavor to make a second attempt at delivery on the next working day if no one is present to take delivery at the delivery address. It delivery is unsuccessful on this second attempt, your order will be redirected to Courts Mammouth warehouse and we will inform you accordingly for collection.
12. NEXT DAY DELIVERY
- ‘Next Day Delivery’ is made upon the request of customers only.
- ‘Next Day Delivery’ is subject to availability of product ordered in stock.
- Order before 14hrs to receive your order in 1 working day.
- Orders made after 14hrs will be delivered in 1 additional working day.
- ‘Next Day Delivery’ applies from Monday to Friday & excludes Weekends and Public holidays.
- Deliveries are made anytime between 9hrs - 17hrs.
- ‘Next Day Delivery’ includes assembly of furniture on a case-to-case basis.
- ‘Next Day Delivery’ is subject to payment received/cleared before 14hrs for online orders.

13. PICK-UP IN STORE
Please contact our customer service on 207 1100 for collecting your item in our stores. The collection time will vary according to the opening hours of the branch.

16. RETURNS
Our items will not be exchangeable and refundable once sold. Please check the condition of the products delivered at the time of deliver or collection, i.e. before you sign the delivery and collection slip. If the customer notes that the delivery box is not sealed or is damage or the products are not as ordered upon delivery or collection, the customer should not take delivery and informed the carrier or agent at collection point for replacement. We will not be responsible for any breakages, nonconformity or shortages of the products ordered once delivery is being made
17. WARRANTY
1. Warranty period
The Company guarantees this Product against defects in materials, design and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months as from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. Batteries for mobile phones and tablets have a 6 month warranty. Should you wish to extend this cover, we invite you to purchase a Supashield Extended Warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are applicable to the person whose name appears on this receipt. The warranty is non-transferable. If during the warranty period, the Product fails, under normal use and service, you should bring the Product to any Courts Mammouth store. For non-portable and heavy Products, please call us on 207 1100 and we shall be pleased to assist.

- The Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided when requesting service. The terms of warranty need to be subject to the conditions stated on the certificate of each product that you will purchase.
- The warranty of the Product is limited to manufacturing defect only.
- The warranty cover will immediately cease and become null and void, if the Product is found to have been tampered, modified, abused, misused, damaged due to faulty installation or negligence, the serial number defaced or removed, lack of reasonable care, damage to applications or operating system caused by virus, and if the Product has been repaired by an unauthorized person. In such cases transport and labor are chargeable as well as verification fee.
- To note that a verification fee, and transport if applicable, will also be charged for ‘’no fault’’ diagnosis.
- The Company reserves the right to replace the Product or relevant part with the same or equivalent Product or part, rather than repair it. Where a replacement is provided, the Company will determine, in its discretion, the closest product within its range of products with which to replace the faulty or damaged Product. The replacement product may differ with the replaced Product in size and specifications, at the reasonable election of the Company. In the event that a replacement is provided, the faulty Product becomes the property of the Company.
- You may be requested to bring all accessories (including memory cards and/or any add ons) for further inspection of the Product during the repair process.
- Products intended for domestic use will not be covered if used in a non—domestic or commercial environment.
- Ensure proper back up of data/file before leaving any cell phone and/or lT Product for repair.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or alterations to hardware, software, programs, data and/or information stored on any media or any part of the Product, no matter how occurring; or for any loss or damage arising from loss of use, loss of profits or revenue, or for any resulting indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- The Company’s aggregate liability in respect of all claims under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product or, at the Company’s option, the replacement value of the Product in accordance with provisions of this section.
3. The warranty cover shall be subjected, but not limited to, the following exclusions:
- If the Product has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications provided with the Product.
- Cosmetic damages such as paint work, dent, scratch, rust, corrosion, stain and liquid damage are not covered.
- Any malfunction or failure of the Product resulting from any misuse or damage of the Product, either deliberately or unintentionally.
- Any malfunction, damage or failure resulting from alterations, accident, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, exposure to dirt, sand and water.
- Any malfunction resulting from inadequate safekeeping, storage at high temperatures or humidity or exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions and the operation of a computer virus of any kind.
- Any shock arising as a result of physical damage caused to the Product.
- Any oxidation arising as a result of contact with any form of liquid.
- Any software issue or any connectivity issue and/or any damage caused by the use of non—original and/or defective and/or incompatible accessories.
- Normal wear and tear arising from usage, color fading, de-threading, foam and cushions.
- Theft or attempted theft, malicious damage, or damage caused by force majeure and/or Acts of Gods, or natural calamities (such as fire, flood, explosion, lightning, cyclone, torrential rain).
- Defects from fluctuation in electrical power supply/power surges, use on an incorrect voltage or voltage supply problems. Problem caused by insect infestation
- Problem caused by insect infestation, reptiles such as lizards and any damage, malfunction or failure resulting from entry of insect, vermin of any kind, or foreign object in the Product.
- Any cost to remove, or reinstall, built—in or fitted equipment, as well as servicing and modification by an unauthorized person shall void the warranty.
- Accessories are not covered by warranty. These include without limitation: Batteries, (unless expressly stated otherwise in clause 1 above), remote, hand free kit, speaker, memory card, data cable, removable data storage, games software, antenna, flip cover, cover casing, tape, ink, bulb, hose, burners, timer, door gasket for refrigerator/washer, microwave plate, glass door for cookers/microwave, air filter, water filter, filter bag, projection TV screen protector, cable, remote control, lens, microphones, headphones, blades, shaver blades, jugs, knobs, belts, shelves and any other add-ons which were not originally part of the Product.
18. SUPASHIELD WARRANTY
- This Contract is between the Purchaser and Mammouth Trading Co. Ltd, (hereinafter the Company)
- This Contract is in connection to the product purchased (hereinafter the Product as stated in the Company s invoice(s) and, where relevant, bearing the serial/IMEI number as stated thereon.
- The policy of the Contract:
Extends the warranty cover for a further period commencing on the date of expiry of the manufacturer's initial warranty period and ending on the date of expiry of the Supashield Warranty as shown in this contract. Hence, inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty period, the Product will have a total of either five (5) years warranty, or three (3) years warranty, or two (2) years warranty from that date of reception of the Product, depending on the option chosen by the Purchaser as indicated on the front of the contract; and based on payment of the applicable fee, and selection indicated on the front of this Contract; and Provides cover for mechanical, electrical and structural defects but only to the extent provided by the manufacturer.
- This Contract is solely valid for the Purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.
- This Contract is valid upon payment of the applicable fee for the Supashield Warranty.
- The Supashield Warranty may be purchased within 30 days of delivery of the Product. A cooling off period of 30 days is applicable, meaning that the Contract may be cancelled within 30 days without any cost.
- If the Product is transportable, the contract is still valid provided it is brought to us for repair.
We will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the website 24 hours per day without any interruptions. However, from time to time you may experience disruptions due, for example, to essential maintenance or problems beyond our control involving suppliers, communications, the Internet, your own computer or software failures. Accordingly, we do not warrant that the website will be available continuously and are not liable for any downtime or disruption in website availability. Firewalls and antivirus programs need to be installed on your computer for safety purposes.
19. SCOPE OF SERVICE
- The Company will repair to normal operating conditions a Product covered by the Contract after it has suffered electrical and or mechanical and / or structural damage (for furniture-please see below) due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship during normal use, at no charge to the original Purchaser.
- The Company may, at its discretion replace the Product with the same or a comparable product. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair work will become the property of the Company.
Structural damage for furniture includes:
- Breakage or separation of frames and warping
- Bending and breakage of metal components
- Failure of mechanical recliners
- Damage of non-electric mechanism
- Separation of seams and/or
- Lifting or peeling of wooden veneer, semi-leather or leather
20. LIMITATIONS OF THE SUPASHIELD WARRANTY COVER
The Contract shall not cover the Product in the event of/that:- The Product has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or specifications provided - with the sale of the Product
- The Purchaser has failed to do routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, overhaul, adjustments of the Product as stipulated in the manufacturer's instructions
- Any malfunction or failure has occurred resulting from alterations, accident, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, exposure to dirt, sand or water or any other inappropriate environment
- Any malfunction or failure of the Product has occurred resulting from inadequate storage at high temperatures or humidity or exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or through the operation of a computer virus of any kind
- Accidental or intentional damage caused, including chipping, denting, scratching or puncturing of the Product, rust, corrosion or stain
- Theft or attempted theft, malicious damage, or damage caused by force majeure and / or Acts of God, or natural calamities (such as fire, flood, explosion, lightning, cyclone, torrential rain etc.), power outages or surges and inadequate or improper voltage
- Damages caused by pets, animal or insect infestation, reptiles such as lizards and any damage, malfunction or failure resulting from intrusion of insect, vermin of any kind, or foreign object in the Product; damages have occurred as a result of moving, or dismantling and reassembling the Product, not caused by the Company or its agents. A verification and transport fee, if applicable, will also be charged for a no fault diagnosis
- Reception or transmission problems resulting from external causes
- The Serial number/Model number of the item has been tampered with or removed
- Any malfunction or failure of the Product has occurred due to additional items or accessories used in, or with the Product, which were not part of the original set
- The Product is used in a non-domestic environment (unless it is designed for commercial use), for rent, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses
- Inherent design and manufacturing defects, and defects which are subject to a manufacturer's recall or which are covered under a manufacturer's program reimbursement
- The Purchaser failed to comply with the manufacturer's or supplier's instructions for the care of the Product, and problems or defects not covered under manufacturer's warranty and staining from incorrect cleaning method and / or product and / or material; and any other Cosmetic
The Contract does not cover:
Accessories; including but not limited to: batteries (unless expressly stated otherwise), remote, hands free kit, speaker, memory card, data cable, removable data storage, games software, antenna, flip cover, cover casing, tape, ink, bulb, hose, burners, timer, door gasket for refrigerator/washer, microwave plate, glass door for cookers/microwave, air filter, water filter, filter bag, projection TV screen protector, cable, remote control, lens, microphones, headphones, blades, shaver blades, jugs, knobs, belts, shelves etc; and breakdowns caused by computer virus or realignment /adjustment to the Product. Any software issue, or any connectivity issue and /or any damage caused by the use of non-original and / or defective and / or incompatible accessories. Software and / or hardware corruption due to computer virus infection. Loss or damage to recording media, software or data, software defects or software generated problems.
Furniture:The Contract does not cover:
General wear and tear arising from usage, including but not limited to soiling, perspiration, loss of colour and fading, loss of resilience, shape and form on interior fillings. Lifting, cracking, peeling or de-lamination of the Product. Inappropriate storage, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse, alterations, stain or damage caused by use of improper cleaning products, rusting and de-threading. Staining from food / drink, cosmetics or other liquid. Accidental damage resulting in a rip / tear, burns etc; seat cushion cores which soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This shall be considered normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect; variations of shade and tone of leather furniture as leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality, as are the nicks, scratches, and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect; damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatments or protective coatings on the finish, leather, or upholstered fabric; cosmetic damages such as paint work, dent and scratch caused by the Purchaser; and any issue related to moisture.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person or property, direct, consequential or incidental arising from the use of, or inability to use the Product to the extent that such may be disclaimed by law.
- The Company will not cover deliberate or malicious damage.
- The Company is entitled to replace the Product with the same or similar item rather than repair the Product if the cost of repair is uneconomical. The retail value of the replacement will not exceed the purchase price of the Product which was actually paid by the customer. If a customer wishes to receive a more expensive product in lieu and instead of the original purchase value of the said product, he/she will be required to pay the difference of the product value.
- This Contract will terminate with the replacement of the defective Product and the customer is recommended to purchase a new warranty contract to cover the new product. Any unpaid fee at the time of replacement will still be owing to the Company.
- Food spoilage due to a breakdown of a refrigeration Product. The Company will reimburse the customer for food spoilage up to a total of seven thousand rupees (Rs 7,000) per incidence, provided the food spoilage has been reported immediately, and not exceeding 24 hours of breakdown, is verified and inspected by the Company within two working days and is properly documented. Damage of perishable items can only be claimed from the Company where loss can be proven.
- Any damage which may result from acts of nature such as lightning, flooding, power surge etc. are not covered.
- The Company will not bear any cost relating to the disposal of a product
- This Contract is not transferable. In the event of theft, repossession, fraud, or sale to another party, the Contract will be considered void by the Company.

- If any payment is in default and unpaid for a period of three months, the Company may cancel this Contract at its discretion.
- Portable items should be brought to any of our stores for after sales service.
- All other items will be subject to call out or on-site service.
- The Company will not cover any cost relating to any inability to use the Product whilst it is being repaired, and/or any loss of income relating to time taken off work.
22. DUTY OF CARE
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the items are required. Furnishings / accessories should be cleaned / vacuumed / rotated regularly and be kept out of direct sunlight. Neglect and lack of care may result in a denial of a service request.
23. SERVICE PROCEDURE
- Contact any showroom or call Customer Contact Point on 2071100 for explanations regarding the procedures for a service claim.
- All transportable products should be brought to our showrooms. Call out or on-site service will be provided for all other products.
- Please bring along, or quote, your Sales Invoice and / or the Contract number for any service claim.
- If the failure is not covered under the terms and conditions of this Contract, you will be charged for all repair costs.
This Contract is offered by Mammouth Trading Co. Ltd. The Company reserves the right to vary, modify, or otherwise amend the terms and conditions stated herein. In respect of all matters or issues covered by this Contract, the decision of the Company shall be final. This Contract shall be void in the event of a fraud
24. ACCESS TO AND AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE
We will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the website 24 hours per day without any interruptions. However, from time to time you may experience disruptions due, for example, to essential maintenance or problems beyond our control involving suppliers, communications, the Internet, your own computer or software failures. Accordingly, we do not warrant that the website will be available continuously and are not liable for any downtime or disruption in website availability. 31. APPLICABLE LAW
The relevant laws of Mauritius will apply to these terms and conditions and the courts of Mauritius will have exclusive jurisdiction. If any of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining terms and conditions. These will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by Mauritian law.
32. DRIVE-THU
• All products will be delivered in sealed boxes.
• No testing allowed.
• No furniture assembly.
• Products can be collected 1 hour after the opening and 1 hour before closure of the selected branch (please check branch opening/closing hours here).
• Products can be collected from the warehouse (Trianon) between 10:30 and 15:00 from Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 10:30 and 11:30.
• If the customer is unable to collect the product at the specified date/time, he/she needs to inform the online team beforehand. If not, the customer may request delivery, in which case a delivery charge will be applied based on the amount billed.
• If the customer wants to send another person to collect the product, he/she must inform the online team beforehand and the person collecting the item needs to present his/her NIC or a copy of the invoice.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to park safely in the reserved parking spot. We won’t be liable for any injury, damage or loss which may result.
33. DISCLAIMER - UPLOADING YOUR IMAGES ON COURTSMAMMOUTH.MU
1. Acceptance of termsThe Canvas project (“MTL Canvas printing”) initiated by Mammouth Trading Co Ltd (the “Company”) is provided on its website and related services (“Website”), subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). The Company reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the new Terms on the Website. Please refer to the Terms periodically for any changes.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND UPLOADING YOUR IMAGES, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL REVISIONS as follows.
The Company will only knowingly provide use of the MTL Canvas printing to parties that may lawfully enter into and form contracts under the applicable law. Anyone under the age of 18 may use MTL Canvas printing only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Copyright3.1 Before uploading an image, please ensure that you have the right to use the image. Images and/or pictures downloaded from the internet and to which a person does not have any authorised right of usage cannot be uploaded.
3.2 When we are using the image that you have provided us, it is implied that you have taken all responsibility whether or not you can use the image legally. When using pictures other than yours, it is implied that you are fully liable and take all responsibility in the event that you were not allowed to do so.
3.3 Images and/or pictures should not contain any copyright.
4. Uploaded images policy and acknowledgement4.1. You may not:
- Upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit any materials including but not limited to text, data, sketches, photos, drawings, graphics, digital images, and related visual compositions or any of these elements in combination as a design for products available on this website or otherwise ("Content") that are unlawful, harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or invasive of another's rights including but not limited to rights of celebrity, privacy and intellectual property;
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. By uploading or downloading any Content, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such Content and that the Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law;
- Upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Upload, download, post, email or otherwise transmit false or misleading information;
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Site, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Site or affiliated or linked websites;
- Access, tamper with or use non-public areas of the Website. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Website may be subject to prosecution; and
- Disrupt or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Website or affiliated or linked websites.
4.2 You acknowledge that the Company may review the Content that you have uploaded for adherence to our guidelines and compliance with the Terms set forth in this disclaimer. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable to the MTL Canvas printing.
4.3 You acknowledge and agree that the Company may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal process;
- Enforce the Agreement;
- Respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or
- Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Canvas Project, its users and the public.
4.4 You understand that the technical processing and operation of the website, including your Content, may involve
- (i) transmissions over various networks; and
- (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connection networks or devices in accordance with applicable laws.
4.5 You acknowledge and agree that you will use this Website and any products ordered on this Website at all times in accordance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 2017 (the “DPA”) and its regulations (if any) and will not take any action that harms or violates the rights of any person or entity .
5. Quality of Images5.1 Images and/or pictures should be of good quality. Minimum requirement resolution for an image should be 300 dpi with a dimension of 1800 x 1200 pixels (NB: Uploading a picture of lower quality will not come out the same when printed on a canvas. If any picture or image is not of good quality, you will be informed before we proceed with the printing.
5.2 Images should be uploaded directly to the Website, as opposed to first being uploaded to social media platforms and then downloaded which results in the quality of such images being suppressed and downscaled.
5.3 Canvas sizes are not the standard sizes A3, A2, A1 and A0 sizes. Our sizes are slightly bigger compared to the standard sizes and the exact dimensions are included therein next to the canvas size description.
6. Privacy rights6.1 Subject to the above, all personal information gathered/submitted, will remain strictly confidential and be deleted within 1 week after the project has been completed.
6.2 The information uploaded will be used for the purpose(s) for which it was collected or provided to us or as otherwise obvious from the context of collection.
6.3 We will never use your personal data to advertise, promote, or market third-party goods or services to you.
6.4 We will not license or publish any of your personal data. We do not and will not sell any personal data to third parties for their own commercial use.
6.5 We use reasonable organisational, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data under our control.
6.6 You may choose how your personal data is handled, and we are committed to providing you with reasonable access to your personal data and the ability to review and limit the use of such data in accordance with DPA.
6.7 You have the right to:
- request confirmation that we are processing your personal data;
- request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you;
- request that we update the personal data we hold about you or correct such data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- object to our processing of your personal data;
- withdraw the consent that you have given us to process your personal data;
- request that we delete the personal data we hold about you; and
- lodge a complaint with the data protection office regarding our processing of your personal data.
6.8 By agreeing to the above terms and conditions, you provide your consent to use the data that you provide to us to process such data for the purposes outlined herein.
6.9 By uploading your images and/or pictures, you hereby provide your consent to the effect that such images and/or pictures may be processed and/or modified by us for the purposes of MTL Canvas printing and in accordance with applicable laws.
7.0 All images and/or pictures uploaded on the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the DPA.
34. PAY ON DELIVERY
We accept payment via Debit/Credit card except American Express.
35. SAMEDAY DELIVERY
- ‘Sameday Delivery’ is made upon the request of customers with a payment of Rs300.
- ‘Sameday Delivery’ is subject to availability of product ordered in stock.
- Order must be done before 14hrs.
- ‘Sameday Delivery’ applies from Monday to Friday & excludes Weekends and Public holidays.
- ‘Sameday Delivery’ is only for Electricals above Rs10,000, Mattresses and Sofas .
